Reading the blog post, what comes true is the bravery with which she is confronting her latest challenge and the courage to speak publicly and with candour about her diagnosis. Her ability to joke about the steroids and her appreciation of her medical team

I remember watching Cagney and Lacey thinking 'these two should be a lesbians couple'

Admit it, you probably thought so too

And then there was Sharon Gless' spell in Queer as folk

So it's great that Sharon Gless [Cagney] is taking on her first lesbian role, in a movie called Hannah Free

I haven't seen it myself but the synopsis reads well and I for one am excited about this
