Cashmere mafia is an ABC series that ran in early 2008. It's basically about four glamorous friends and their rather complicated lives.
One of the story lines is the lesbian love interest between Caitlin and Alicia. Alicia is a lesbian who is quite comfortable with her sexual identity. Caitlin on the other hand , although she has always known about her sexuality, has never really confronted it.
The acting was great and the lesbian love story seemed plausible. Makes one wonder why ABC did not renew for a second season
